Step 1: Reserve Your Puppy

• Browse our Available Puppies section on this website to view photos, personality traits, and birthdates/ready dates of our current Cavapoo puppies.
• Once you find the one you love, click the “Reserve This Puppy” button or fill out our quick online Reservation Inquiry Form.
• Provide your name, contact information, preferred pickup/delivery option, and any questions you have.

Our team will review your request and contact you with the price and to confirm availability (usually within 24 hours). We’ll send you a reservation confirmation via text or email that holds your chosen puppy for you while we finalize details together, usually through text messages.

Your puppy is now reserved exclusively for you!

Step 2: Pay for Your Puppy
via Venmo or Zelle

After we confirm your reservation, we’ll reply with our Venmo and Zelle payment details

• Complete payment of the full balance using Venmo or Zelle.
• Once we receive your payment, we’ll send you a receipt, health records, and your purchase confirmation.

Important: All payments are handled directly through these secure peer-to-peer services. We never ask for wire transfers or payments outside of Venmo/Zelle.

Step 3: Pickup or Delivery

After payment is complete, we’ll coordinate with you to schedule the handoff of your puppy.

• Option A – Local Pickup (Free)
  Pick up your puppy in person at our safe, designated location near Houston, TX. We’ll provide the exact address and work with you to choose a convenient date and time (typically within a few days of payment). This is the quickest and most affordable way.
• Option B – Delivery ($490 flat fee)
  For $490, we’ll deliver your puppy directly to you (door-to-door where possible, or to a safe, agreed-upon meeting point).

Delivery is available to the 30 largest city-county regions in the United States listed below. This fee covers climate-controlled ground transport, a health certificate, and a puppy care kit.

Note: Houston-area families are encouraged to choose free local pickup to avoid the delivery fee, but delivery is still available if preferred.
